CLAY NEWSOM RELEASES NEW SONG “DEJA VU”
RISING ARTIST DELIVERS EMOTIONAL SINGLE ABOUT THE STRUGGLE OF A TOXIC RELATIONSHIP
(May 7, 2021) Singer/songwriter/producer Clay Newsom has unveiled his new song “Deja Vu,” available now at all DSPs. The song is joined by an official music video that was produced and filmed by HOCA Studio, an Emmy award-winning production company based in Atlanta, GA (video releases May 13th). “Deja Vu” takes Newsom’s ability to translate emotion into a heart felt song to the next level, as the young singer belts out, “Deja Vu, you love me for a while then you cut me loose, like Deja Vu, it’s bringing me back to the part of you that pulls me in and lets me down… like you always do. Deja Vu, can we do something new this time?” Newsom’s heart felt tone and lyrics throughout the song completely contrasts the positively joyous feel of “Friday Afternoon,” showing a new and impressive range as the singer delivers “Deja Vu” as an anthem for those living in a toxic/one sided relationship.
